Description

The City of Knoxville is requesting proposals from responsible firms or teams to provide brokering and risk management consulting services for all property and casualty lines of business for all City operations including Knoxville Area Transit (KAT). The contract shall provide for all compensation for the services performed under the contract. No contingency fees, contingent commission, commission, or other compensation from any other source are to apply to the services required by the contract. The contract will state that the broker and consultant will act in the best interests of the City while performing all services. Contract shall be for three (3) years with two optional one-year renewals.
