Description

The City of Knoxville is requesting proposals from responsible firms or teams to provide Self-Funded Medical Plan Administration. Upon evaluating proposals, the City will approve a contract for medical plan administration services. The contract is anticipated to be for three years (3) with two (2) optional one-year renewals.
NOTE: The City has a separate administrative agreement with Capital Rx to administer the City’s self-funded prescription drug plan. That contract is in force through December 31, 2024 with additional one year options to renew.
