The Tipton County Board of Education is accepting bids for the following: • Bus advertising services for current bus fleet (143 buses) The following specifications are provided for the bidding: • Vendor service includes onsite bus analysis and collaboration for advertising leads at no additional cost to TCS. • Vendor will oversee the annual contract and renewal process with advertising companies. • Signs should be made of the highest quality vinyl with a laminate overlay and 3m adhesive to be professionally installed by the vendor; advertisements shall consist of lettering on a color background. • Vendor will professionally remove signs, as appropriate, upon nonrenewal of the sponsor with no harm or discoloration to the bus. • Advertisements shall be limited to that approved by the Tennessee legislature for the exterior of school buses. • Vendor should provide a list of current school districts who are utilizing their services, preferably in Tennessee. • Vendor should provide a cost and profit analysis breakdown for each potential advertising contract and a description of the payment process. • At no time should there be a cost to the school system. • Projected start date is spring 2025.
