Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) is holding the organization’s annual Advising Academy on March 6-7, 2025. This will be a two day event with a pre-conference from approximately 10:00 -2:00 pm on March 6th and the academy kick-off from 2:00-4:30 pm and will continue from 8:00-1:00 pm March 7th.. Some guests will need to stay overnight on March 5th, however most guests will arrive March 6th and check out March 7th. TBR is requesting submissions from venues between the airport and Murfreesboro, TN, Frankin, TN and those venues in an around downtown Chattanooga, and State Parks that can provide the following requirements: Tentative Schedule of Events Wednesday, March 05, 2025: • Approximately 25 rooms (Standard Double Queen or Single King) • Overnight stay for Attendees traveling from East & West TN Thursday, March 06, 2025: • Approximately 75 rooms (Standard Double Queen or Single King) • Pre-conference: 10:00 am - 2:00 pm • Academy Kick-off: 3:00 pm – 4:30 pm • Tentative Evening Reception following Academy Kick-off Friday, March 07, 2025: • Guests will check out • Advising Academy: 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Event Requirements: • Overnight stay for 25 pre-conference guests on March 5. • Overnight stay for 75 conference guest on March 6-7. • General Session Room for up to 200 guests • 4 Breakout Session Rooms for up to 60 guests • TBR Requests free parking for guests • TBR requests a State Rate Discount Lodging: • March 5, 2025: Approximately 25 rooms (Standard Double Queen or Single King). • March 5, 2025: Approximately 75 rooms (Standard Double Queen or Single King). • Guests will check out March 7, 2024. • Request free parking for guests • Request to stay at State Rate
