1. Maintain accurate participant records, including demographic, salary deferral, and contribution information. 2. In accordance with the Executive Director of Human Resources, Director of Employee Benefits, and Benefits Office, to provide timely, high-quality service to Plan participants. 3. Process participant enrollment and manage contributions from employees and employers. 4. Process distribution requests, including required tax withholding, for the following: a. Hardship withdrawals b. Cash-outs and vested terminees c. Retiree lump sums and periodic payments d. Partial lump sums e. Beneficiary and survivor benefits f. Qualified Domestic Relations Orders (QDROs) 5. Track and apply Plan vesting schedules and requirements. 6. Generate participant statements and reports (e.g., 1099-R) as required. 7. Calculate and notify retirees and survivors of annual Required Minimum Distribution (RMD) requirements and process them in a timely manner. 8. Receive and process employee and employer contributions, loan repayments, and any other payments in accordance with Plan terms. 9. Ensure compliance with contribution limits and all applicable IRS regulations governing 403(b) plans. 10. Process and manage participant loan requests, including ongoing payments, defaults, and deemed distributions.
