• Feasibility and engineering services relative to advancing TDOT Aeronautics Division Advanced Air Mobility framework providing a foundation for all future Advanced Air Mobility and commercial drone activity in the state of Tennessee. • Development of Advance Mobility policies, standards, and guidance on Advance Mobility infrastructure to promote and ensure safe and efficient commercial drone and Regional Air Mobility Operations in Tennessee. This may include internal and external stakeholder and outreach support, regulatory review and support, grants development and support, cost-benefit analysis, aviation resilience and sustainability analysis, local land use and zoning review and coordination, and other Advance Mobility engineering and professional services as needed to meet current federal and state transportation regulations and/or any other subsequent federal or state legislation. • Project planning, feasibility, and engineering services on other alternate fuel sources that exist or that may be introduced for aircraft and the infrastructure needed. This may include the identification of locations for future investments in alternative fuel stations, including electric and hydrogen. Assist or oversee the creation and/or the execution of the final design of installing alternate fuel stations at airports. • The performance of internal/external stakeholder meetings, site visits, collection and analysis of multimodal transportation data, assessment of the feasibility of public private partnership opportunities for the development of Tennessee’s aviation infrastructure, the development of conceptual designs and preliminary design cost estimates, and all other engineering services needed to complete reports for Advanced Air Mobility related projects. • Assist with Beyond Visual Line of Sight waivers and related applications. • Assist with the production and submission of Environmental Assessments (EAs), or other NEPA reviews, when needed. This could include the assistance with a statewide programmatic EAs if the opportunity arises.
