Replace 16 water source heat pumps using new water source systems of same capacity. Requirements: Units shall be minimum 16 SEER (Climate Master, Trane or Carrier) Connect to existing duct, electrical, and water systems with minor modifications Install new hose kits, circuit setters, and shutoff valves for each unit Install programmable thermostats with remote internet access- Honeywell Pro 8000 with Redlink, or equal Perform factory start up, controls setup, and owner training Remove and dispose of all existing equipment 1 year part and labor warranty (additional parts warranty on compressors) Boiler information: Replace heat pump loop boilers with new unit of same capacity (Lochinvar or Raypak) Connect and program to loop control Connect to existing water piping, gas service, and electrical with minor modifications Dispose of existing boiler Clean water source loop with biodegradable chemicals 1-year parts and labor warranty Boilers to be installed ASAP. Awarded contractor will need to schedule installation with the City of Gatlinburg representative.
