the operation of its Food Service Program. The University invites creative ideas and options as to how to best meet the needs of its campus population and visitors. The University currently contracts its food service management through Metz Culinary through August 12, 2024. Our vision for a successful food service program is based on a “Students First” approach that must ensure quality and consistency of food, integration into the campus and university community, fiscal responsibility, and ability to expand and react to changing trends and client tastes. Varied menus, new products, and serving techniques should be used to heighten satisfaction in campus dining service. There is significant opportunity to include food options on campus that are not available in the broader Pulaski community. For instance, there is no smoothie bar, frozen yogurt, performance drink, high end coffee, or gourmet sandwich concept within 30 miles of campus.
