a. Clean‐up services must be available twenty‐four hours a day, three hundred sixty‐five days a year. b. The supplier shall provide a telephone number that will connect a KCDC employee with an employee of the supplier 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. c. KCDC’s on‐site representative will determine the extent of clean‐up work to be provided by the supplier. d. The supplier shall effectively and efficiently clean carpet and other surfaces that are soiled with blood or other body matter. e. The supplier shall completely remove any bedding, mattresses, box springs, window coverings, carpet, flooring, wall or ceiling sections or similar items that are soiled and cannot be satisfactorily cleaned. f. The suppliershall have adequate equipment and supplies needed to complete the scope of work in effective and safe manner, including adequate protection from all communicable diseases. g. The supplier shall deodorize the scene as needed.
