Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Economic Development Growth Engine forMemphis and Shelby County (EDGE) is accepting proposals to design and develop its new website.EDGE needsa new sitethat we can manage, that will look great, allow us to create interactive elements includingmaps, infographics, pages, and more. EDGE staff needsthe ability to easily edit and expand the site.Thesite serves the following audiences –domestic and international businesses looking for assistance to locate or expand in Memphis/Shelby County and their site selection consultants, media, the general public, and local elected officials.This will be a concept-to-completion production and a work-for-hire engagement. All materials developed for the project will be owned and administered by EDGE. The purpose of this RFP is to provide all candidates with consistent and comprehensive requirements and the evaluation criteria against which applicants will be judged.
