Specifications include, but are not limited to: Seller agrees to sell to Buyer hotel rooms for students. Each room MUST contain two double beds. A. Seller will provide rooms with cable TV and wireless internet access. B. The occupants of these rooms shall have use of the swimming pool, spa, sauna, and recreation area during normal operating hours, so long as they are orderly and do not conduct themselves in a manner that is disruptive to other hotel guests. C. Local calls are free. No long-distance phone service shall be available. D. Seller will provide sheets for bed. Housekeeping will be provided as following: The sheets will be changed once a week and replaced with fresh linen. Housekeeping will remove trash in the trashcans, and sweep and dust any unobstructed surfaces daily. Additional trash must be taken to the dumpster by the student. Students are responsible for providing towels and amenities (shampoo, lotion, etc.) E. Hotel must have inside corridor – no hotels with exterior doors...
