Specifications include, but are not limited to: The objectives of this RFQ are to provide: • The County with the most competitive financial offer • The County with excellent client service and seamless administration • The County’s employees with best-in-class member service for claims adjudication and questions • Supportive, timely and proactive partnership service to the County during implementation and continuous through normal operations and required reporting. It is expected that the vendor will be able to provide a comprehensive set of services including but not limited to: •Service Offerings: The County is looking to continue the same offerings it has in place today. •Claims Administration: The County will evaluate all responses during the review.
