• 10 years of experience with: o Fire Records Management System Coordination o National Fire Incident Reporting System o Tennessee Fire Incident Reporting System o ADHOC database and report generation software o Fire and medical operations o Fire and Building Codes • Proven experience as a Fire Records Management System Implementation Team Leader. • Knowledge and familiarity with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) systems and their integration with Fire Records Management Systems. • 5 years of experience working within the ESO Solutions ecosystem, including: o Fire Incidents o Electronic Health Records o Ad-Hoc Reporting o Insights Analytics • Familiarity with the FirstDue Fire Records Management System, particularly: o Fire Incidents o Pre-Fire Planning • Ability to provide in-person education and training for accurate and compliant field reporting data entry, upon request and coordination with the Gallatin Fire Department. • Capability to develop and upload build files from the Fire Records Management System to the Tennessee Fire Incident Reporting System, ensuring compliance with statutory and NFPA standards.
