The objective of this request for bids is to secure a contract with a firm to renovate the flooring in the White County Clerk’s office facility, located at 113 East Bockman Way in Sparta, Tennessee. White County is renovating this building and transforming it from a bank into the future home of the White County Clerk’s Office. The existing floors are a combination of concrete, terrazzo, VCT, and tile. The entire facility is approximately 2,500 square feet, but White County only intends to renovate the floors in approximately 1,622 square feet of the space. The restrooms have tile flooring. The public restroom also has tile on the walls which extends to approximately 53” high. The employee restroom had the same wall tile that was in the public restroom, but it has been removed from the wall. The Mechanical and Records Storage/IT room floors are not part of this bid. Those floors will be left as is.
