Specifications include, but are not limited to: MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES (GENERAL INFO): All materials and supplies will be ordered by the various departments in Shelby County Government on an "as needed and requested" basis, usually via certified purchase order. There will be no guaranteed order quantities and/or dollar ($) amounts to be purchased against this Sealed Bid. Office Supplies can encompass many difference definitions as to what is considered such. For purposes of this Sealed Bid, the following items (categories) are excluded from the definition of office supplies for Shelby County Government: • Copy paper • Toner cartridges • Bags and Liners, Disposable • Office furniture/fixtures • Computer Equipment and Printers • Disposable paper and plastic item (Breakroom) • Janitorial Supplies (Cleaning & Restroom Supplies) • Food (including snacks) • Promotional Products • Safety & First Aid supplies • Telephones
