It is our intention that this will be done via phones, kiosks, and/or tablets provided to the inmates by the vendor. Proposals should include providing a full range of Commissary services for inmates and a Computerized Accounting System compatible to our current Inmate Trust System for the inmate’s personal funds at the Warren County Jail. In accordance with the following Terms and Conditions. The Warren County Sheriff’s Office reserves the right to reject all bids/proposals. The Sheriff’s Office is offering the opportunity to sell commissary items to its inmates. The Sheriff’s Office is not purchasing any merchandise or services and no payment from funds other than inmate funds is promised hereby. The Vendor will be responsible for all costs of installation or disconnection throughout the term of the Contract. The Vendor will be required to furnish and install equipment, dedicated lines and any other items necessary to make this service functional.
