Providing consulting and design services for various STREAM projects. Professional(s) selected through this procurement will: 1) Enter into a Master Contract agreement to provide task order based consulting services requested by the State such as programming and other related professional services including, but not limited to, site visitation(s) and investigation(s), analysis(es), preliminary design(s) and specification development, cost engineering, and construction and/or repair observation(s) for various State projects. 2) Be eligible to provide consulting services on previously approved State Building Commission projects utilizing a separate agreement on the same form as the Master Contract but modified for the project specific scope. 3) Be eligible to provide design services for projects utilizing the Standard Form of Agreement between Owner and Designer (SBC-6).
