The digital message board system will comprise: 1. A user-friendly CMS for managing content remotely. 2. Secure, IP-locked access to the CMS to restrict use to authorized city IP addresses, with the flexibility to manage a potentially unlimited number of departments. Department-specific display that enables customized content tailored to each location. CMS and Host Requirements 1. Security: CMS access must be restricted to authorized IP addresses, locked to City Hall’s IP address for added security. 2. Management Capabilities: a. Remote Management: Capability to control content across all displays remotely b. Subgroup Content Control: Ability to assign unique content to sub grouped department displays (e.g., Public Works, Water/Sewer) with an estimated need for at least ten unique content “channels” c. Weighted Scene Scheduling: Ability to prioritize scenes so that one with a higher assigned rating will be shown more in a rotation than one with a lower rating d.
