Specifications include, but are not limited to: Offeror must manage and staff MNPS Employee Healthcare Centers ensuring high levels of patient satisfaction, and high provider retention. * Maintain preferred provider status with Cigna along with any other provider that Metro and MNPS may contract, including serving as providers for contracted Medicare Advantage plan. MNPS and Metro rebid their contracts every 5-years creating the potential for changing TPA's. Our clinic vendor would need to be able to adapt their contracting to insure continued in-network participation. * Submit claims for reimbursement to all carriers and Medicare. Maintain proper accounting of reimbursements for MNPS services in a manner that is mutually agreed upon between MNPS and vendor. * Maintain the ability to have a separate fee schedule for members of Metro Employee's benefit plans and be able to waive co-payments/coinsurance for these groups. * Hire and/or contract with all types of providers that MNPS deems needed for its practice. Current provider panel includes: * Bransford/Berry Hill: * 1 Clinic Director- 40 hours/week * 1 Medical Director- 32 hours/week * 1 Clinic Operations Manager- 40 hours/week * 1 Administrative Manager- 40 hours/week * 1 Admin Assistant Clinical Services – 40 hours/week * 1 Assistant Clinic Director for Patient Care Services- 40 hours/week (20 hours administrative and 20 hours clinical NP at Bransford) * 4 front desk personnel * 3 work 40 hours/week * 1 works 30 hours/week @ this location * 5 Primary care NPs- * 2 NPs/PAs work 40 hrs/week * 1 NP works 30 hrs/week * 1 NP works 10 hrs/week at Bransford and floats out to MV * 1 NP works 20 hours/week at Bransford and floats out to West * 3 Psychiatric NPs- 40 hours each * 4 LPNs 40 hours per week * 1 Psychologist * works based on appointments one day a week; at times adds additional hours due to pt demand * 4 Physical Therapists- 40 hours/week * 3 Referral Coordinators * 1 Population Health nurse 40 hours/week * 1 Population Health admin assistant to Medical Director * 2 Health Coaches- 40 hours/week –one is onsite (Cigna) and one is virtual * 2 Triage Nurse- 40 hours/week * 2 Coding Specialists * 1 works 40 hours/week * 1 works 30 hours/week
