Installation and maintenance of network cabling, phone systems, and AV systems. Upon evaluation and selection of the best bidder, the District shall sign a contract to purchase equipment, materials and services at the agreed upon prices proposed by bidder. This purchase will be for use in 47 locations that are both E-rate eligible and not E-rate eligible. Some goods and services are E-rate eligible and some are not. The District is interested in a multiyear agreement with the selected vendor for a period of 5 (five) years depending on E-rate considerations. A signed contract will be required so services and goods will be ERate eligible. The service agreement must meet the FCC requirements for e-rate eligibility. Any contract/agreement will be null and void if funds for services are not appropriated in any fiscal year by the entity that has budget authority for the District.
