Contractor will maintain communication with City management and/or Police command staff via email, telephone, and in-person meetings, when necessary; Personnel will contact the Johnson City Police Department and request assistance when confronted with a potential need for enforcement action; Contractor will be able to provide both armed and unarmed personnel depending on the nature of the event; Contractor will be able to provide soft-target security and transport on an as needed basis; Contractor will be able to provide both manned and unmanned aerial surveillance and/or reconnaissance; Contractor will be able to provide uniformed and clandestine security solutions, depending on the nature of circumstances presented; Contractor will be able to provide uniforms and personal protective equipment to personnel assigned to provide security services to allow for easy identification; Personnel must be at lease eighteen (18) years of age and appropriately trained and qualified for the work assigned to them; Identification of all vehicles utilized in connection with the Agreement shall be visibly marked with company identification; The Contractor shall adequately secure the keys and codes provided by the City, if any, and shall maintain a record of the personnel performing security services; The Contractor will be able to provide tactical and leadership training and strategic operational consulting; The Contractor will be able to provide training records and certifications (state and federal) for all personnel utilized under the Agreement. The City desires to contract for a period of one (1) year upon execution of the contract with the option to renew the Agreement for up to an additional three one-year periods. The City reserves the right to negotiate the term of the Agreement once the Contractor is selected.
