The University of Tennessee’s UT System Administration Office of Procurement Services issues this Request for Information (“RFI”) for the purpose of identifying respondents who have the capacity and experience to provide an off-campus housing website portal to The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. The off-campus housing website is a place where students will be able to access a search tool focused on apartment complexes local to Knoxville and around UTK’s campus. This website will also have a protected roommate finding tool to allow students to find other students looking for housing off-campus. The website will also have educational resources to help students understand what goes into searching for and signing a lease, access to local Knoxville resources as well as UTK resources to help them in their housing search.
