The scope of work involves the supply and delivery of a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) as part of the overall construction project. The awarded bidder will be responsible for ensuring the building and materials are in compliance with the project specifications, design documents, and construction schedule. The construction manager will oversee the erection of the building, coordination with other trades, and overall site logistics. Provide all materials, components, and accessories necessary for the pre-engineered metal building, including but not limited to: 1. Primary and secondary framing. 2. Wall and roof panels. 3. Fasteners, trims, flashings, and sealants. 4. Insulation systems. 5. Man doors, windows, and other building envelope accessories. a. Including gutters and downspouts. 6. Glass for windows and overhead doors not included – to be provided by others in a separate contract. 7. Girt support the for canopies at exterior man doors is included; pre-manufactured canopies are not included – to be provided by others in a separate contract. 8. Ensure all materials meet project specifications, building codes, and the engineer’s design requirements.
