MNPS seeks a qualified provider to deliver a comprehensive professional development program designed to enhance instructional practices and classroom management among school leaders, instructional coaches, aspiring coaches, and teachers. The selected vendor will implement a sustainable, train-the-trainer model, focusing on effective coaching practices and instructional strategies to ensure MNPS's self-sufficiency in maintaining a robust coaching program. Services will include fidelity checks, real-time feedback, and impact analysis. The ultimate goals are to increase student achievement, enhance teacher capacity, and create a sustainable framework for instructional excellence aligned with Tennessee standards. The professional development program must: * Deliver targeted training sessions for school leaders, instructional coaches, aspiring coaches, and teachers, focusing on effective classroom management and instructional strategies. * Equip instructional coaches and teacher leads with coaching skills to provide immediate feedback and conduct effective coaching cycles within classrooms. * Establish a sustainable coaching model through a train-the-trainer approach to support an internally maintained coaching structure. * Conduct workshops and training sessions that focus on real-time coaching strategies and evidencebased instructional practices for various educational roles. * Conduct fidelity checks to ensure adherence to training methodologies and provide immediate feedback to support teacher development. * Utilize web-based tools to collect data on coaching activities and measure the effectiveness of training and coaching on classroom practices. * Provide detailed reports on the impact of coaching on classroom practices, measuring progress toward district goals and adjusting strategies as needed. * Be predominantly in-person, but some virtual services may be allowable.
