HOT MIX: *Per Ton BM or C or CW Mix FOB Plant *Per Ton E or F or CS Mix FOB Plant *Per Ton in Place *Haul A. A guaranteed production of up to 2,000 tons of asphalt per day is required. B. Asphalt mix designs approved by the Tennessee Department of Transportation must be provided. C. An approved Tennessee Department of Transportation testing laboratory will be provided at no extra charge. A Tennessee Department of Transportation certified technician will be provided to conduct all required testing at no extra charge. D. Batch weights and load counts will be conducted by certified public wiegher. E. Roadway compaction testing must be provided by bidder upon request. F. Payment and performance bonds must be provided upon request. G. Bid must be based on the Tennessee Department of Transportation’s Escalation and Deescalation Provisions, Section 109B of Standard Special Provisions, for asphalt cement.
