This is a two (2) part proposal. First part is for the Main Gym Roof. Second part is for the potential addition of the Lower Deck Roofing. Gym Roof (Higher Deck Area) • Removal and disposal of existing roofing and flashing • Furnish and install new parapet wall furrings and OSB Board • Adhere new ½” Coverboard • Furnish and install new commercial grade .060 TPO Membrane by a reputable company (ie Elevate (Formerly Firestone) or Carlisle). Membrane shall extend over the top of the parapet wall, reason for the metal coping to be on top and extend over the face. • Furnish and install new 24 gauge prefinished Coping. Metal coping needs to extend over the face of the building 4-5 inches and be fasted in a manner to allow expansion and contraction. • Disposal of all materials off-site and final cleanup. • Furnish COA with Manufacturers Labor and Material Warranty Potential Addition Lower Deck Area • Removal and disposal of existing roofing and flashing • Re-enforce existing Tectum Deck with overlay of 22 gauge galvanized flat steel sheet • Adhere new ½” Coverboard over existing insulation • Furnish and install new ½” Wood Nailer Edging. Wood Nailers must be pressure treated and have no conflicts with other materials per manufacturers. • Furnish and install new commercial grade .060 TPO Membrane by a reputable company (ie Elevate (Formerly Firestone) or Carlisle). • Remove and replace (as needed) any adjacent shingles for new connector roof tie in. • Furnish and install new 24 gauge prefinished drip, gravel stop and counter flashings. Existing gutters, down spouts and fascia to remain. • Disposal of all materials off-site and final cleanup. • Furnish COA with Manufacturers Labor and Material Warranty
