Motoman Welding Cell RS Series - ARC Welding, YRC 1000 Controller, AR900, MILLER AUTO CONTINUUM 350 ; ArcWorld System - RS or HS Cell: Robotic Welder -ARC Welding, YRC 1000 Controller, AR900, MILLER AUTO CONTINUUM 350 - CELL ASSY, ARCWORLD RS, YRC 1000 - This ArcWorld RS cell assembly is a small footprint (approx. 1430mm wide x 2150mm deep) cell allowing small parts for low-volume/high-mix applications. The dual weld station cell has a manually indexed rotary door. It features a single AR900 arc welding robot with YRC 1000 controller. The door is interlocked and held with pneumatic pins with robo operation for safeguarding. Dual, compact 100kg payload tabletops allow parts up to 425mm x 700mm. To ease installation, the robot, controller fixture, smaller power supplies, and operator door are mounted in a common cabinet (larger power supplies must be set up outside of the cabinet). Also included are cell guarding, operator cycle start button, E-stop, and integrated exhaust duct connection. The cell is available with the coice of a Miler AutoContinuum 350 or Lincoln R450 welder.
