The project entails upgrading the current WinDSX (4.10) proximity door system to Kantech version 8.50 or better . Kantech is an Exacq product. This involves replacing the existing server with a new one that is compatible with the Kantech system. Additionally, it requires replacing panels controlling the doors and locks across 13 buildings to integrate with the new system seamlessly. Please describe how this would be implemented. We are establishing one primary server, one failover server, 34 controllers that are located in the following locations: 160 N. Main, 140 Adams, 201 Poplar, 6470 Haley, 1075 Mullins Station, 6465 Mullins Station, 1826 Sycamore View, 814 Jefferson, 3457 Powers Road, 1060 Madison, 994 Bellevue, 584 Adams, and 600 Adams be replaced. Please provide a roadmap to illustrate how this could be performed. We will also require the panels will be installed in the buildings, and there will be servers to be installed in the east and west data centers as a part of the solution. We also would like to have maintenance and support for the product after implementation, the support should entail break-fix issues concerning the proxy servers and any maintenance regarding the installed panel or our current readers. Please provide how this would be implemented.
