1. The Contractor shall furnish and install the following: Total Length of the baseball outfield fence is 530 feet. 490 feet of the length will be 8 feet tall and the remaining 40 feet will be 20 feet tall (batter’s eye in center field). The fence will be constructed of AG panel metal roofing, color Regal Blue. The fence panels will be installed vertically. A metal cap will be added to the top of the fence, color Bright Red. a. The 490 foot long, 8 foot tall metal fence will be installed on 2” x 6” x 10’ pressure treated wood every 2 feet 6 inches at the top/middle/bottom. The 490 foot fence post will be 6” x 6” x 12’ pressure treated “wood installed 4 feet into the ground with concrete every 10 feet. b. The 40 foot long 20 foot tall batter’s eye will be installed on 2” x 6” x 10’ pressure treated wood every 2 feet 6 inches. The fence post will be 6” x 6” x 24’ pressure treated wood installed 4 feet into the ground with concrete every 10 feet. 2. Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment, or any other expenses whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work. 3. The Contractor shall daily remove and legally dispose of all surplus and any unused materials to keep the Project Area reasonably clear.| 4. Sullivan County Maintenance Department will be responsible for removal of the existing fence at this location.
