The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Adding new concession hood system in Red Building in the Summit of Softball complex. This system shall be complete with U.L. listed/labeled grease exhaust hood, grease exhaust fan, makeup air unit, interconnecting ductwork, and integral fire suppression system. Adding new power underneath new hood, including replacing existing 400A 480/277V service panel with 500A 480/277V service panel, replacing existing service feeder in existing underground conduit for 500A service, and adding new 208/120V panel and step-down transformer. Replacing existing photoelectric smoke detectors with new dual fixed temperature/rate-of-rise heat detectors to reduce continuing false alarms due to dust in Red Building, Blue Building, and Maintenance Building, including reprogramming of fire alarm panels.
