a. Shall be able to be used in Tennessee’s lakes and reservoirs. b. Shall provide structures for all three water depths: shoreline (0-5 feet), shallow (5-10 feet), and deep water (10+ feet). c. Shall provide both vertical and horizontal habitats and attractors. d. Shall offer structures that float or sink. e. Shall offer a method to anchor the structure. f. The smaller structure’s limbs shall be a minimum of a fourth (1/4) inch wide and eighteen (18) inches long. The structure shall range from twelve (12) inches to thirty-six (36) inches high. g. The larger structure’s limbs shall be a minimum of a fourth (1/4) inch wide and twenty-four (24) inches long. The structure shall be a minimum thirty-six (36) inches tall. h. Shall be able to provide cover for a variety of fish sizes. i. Structures shall be made of cement, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), or other eco-friendly materials that shall not harm the environment. j. Shall be long-lasting, resistant to decay and degradation.
