Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Tennessee is seeking to qualify a company who can effectively partner with the State to expand TACN by erecting and/or modifying approximately 22 radio communications sites to a public safety standard across Bledsoe, Coffee, Cumberland Dickson, Grundy, Marion, Morgan, Putnam, Rhea, Sequatchie, Sevier, Van Buren, and Warren Counties. Planned site expansions include erecting new towers, modifying existing towers, installation of new equipment shelters, and/or modifying existing facilities. The State is seeking a company with experience in developing, implementing, and managing public safety grade communications site infrastructure, including site development services, towers, equipment shelters, emergency power systems, grounding, and site security.
