Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Trustee’s checking account will consist of seven (7) separate checking accounts: a. General Trustee’s Account – including BIS activities and Heartland activities b. General Payroll Fund c. General Vendor Fund d. School Payroll Fund e. School Vendor Fund f. School Federal Project Fund g. Highway Fund All but the General Trustee’s Account will be a clearing account. The Trustee will write a check or do an electronic transfer out of the General Trustee’s Account to cover debits in all the clearing accounts. Bank will provide on-line banking with options to transfer monies between accounts as well as transfer monies outside accounts via ACH or wire, as well as other daily account administrative function capabilities.
