Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State intends to secure a contract for the provision of website design, development, hosting and support services for the Tennessee State Veterans’ Homes Board (“TSVHB”). The services should be secure; user-friendly, particularly for the elderly; compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, as amended, the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard compliant; and should include a responsive content management system; language translation; a page for each of the facilities operated by the TSVHB; and the ability to make donations, control and assign/designate roles, post and remove jobs, photographs, videos, news, activities, events and marketing materials.
