The University of Tennessee is soliciting responses for hotel services in West Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg. Accordingly, the scope of this solicitation, and any resulting contracts, includes all goods and services offered by hotels. Moreover, the contracts that result from this solicitation will cover any events or rooms booked during the term of the contract, and events or room usage that occurs after the contract expires (as long as the events or rooms were booked during the term of the contract). Through this solicitation, the University and selected hotels will enter into master agreements. Contracts resulting from this solicitation will be available to every University department at each University campus, institute, and department.
