Summary of Specifications:
Bexar County is conducting a search to select a contractor to implement methods that maximize participation of affected and infected populations, and service providers, including those that are non-Ryan White funded in all areas. Contractor will be required to include a work plan with a detailed budget justification, organizational chart, and job descriptions for completion of the needs assessment. Program Timeline February Contract begins – Preliminary Meetings March NAPS Committee approval of all instruments April Complete San Antonio TGA/ HSDA May Complete Uvalde and Victoria HSDAs June Review and finalize rough draft due June 19, 2009 July Final draft due July 2, 2009 August PowerPoint presentation due at August Planning Council Meeting. The Needs Assessment is a partnership activity between the Planning Council, the Bexar Count Department of Community Investment and the Ryan White Community. The Needs Assessment report shall be compliant with the requirements of the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Treatment Modernization Act of 2006, HRSA and DSHS policies and guidelines.
