Summary of Specifications:
Contractor shall provide all parts and labor necessary for on-site repair and maintenance service for the equipment listed below to insure they remain operable and usable for their intended purpose. Service must include unlimited on-site service calls. Maintenance coverage shall be seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, including all holidays.
Annual Maintenance Agreement for a 1 YR Delphax RS330 non-impact mainframe page printer fully advance function printing (AFP), compatible, channel-attached Enterprise Systems Connection (ESCON), point spread function (PSF) driven.
Click Charges per impressions for 1 YR estimated at one (1) million impressions per month for one (1) year @ ___________per impression.
*Award will be made in the aggregate, therefore to be considered for contract award you must enter a price for all items listed herein.
Maintenance Support Requirements/Specifications
A.) Vendor shall provide all parts and labor necessary to repair and maintain listed equipment to insure the item remains operable and usable for its intended purpose. Service to include unlimited on-site service calls. Maintenance coverage shall be seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day, including all holidays.
B.) Vendor must have the ability to perform on-site service to all components within the following time frames:
1. Telephone response shall be within thirty (30) minutes after the service request has been placed to the contractor.
2. Vendor shall be on-site within two (2) hours after a service request has been placed to the contractor. 3. Vendor shall insure complete repair and return equipment to operational condition within four (4) hours from the time of service request. Continued violation of this specification will be cause for termination of the agreement. 4. Vendor shall have adequate trained technicians for service maintenance involving the Delphax RS330 and all other components associated with the equipment, availability must be 24 hours per day and seven days a week.
C.) Vendor shall provide a twenty-four (24) hour available telephone number (toll free) for reporting the need for service. Automatic telephone answering or recording devices are not acceptable. Engineers providing repair service will report the completion of service to Bexar County Information Services, Computer Operations (210-335-0100).
D.) Vendor must have a single designated point of contact (POC) who will coordinate the maintenance services described within this solicitation. Bexar County requires an adequately staffed maintenance support unit in the San Antonio area.
