IFB-BM-2010-005 - Avaya Telephone Switch System Upgrade & Maintenance

Summary of Specifications:
(1)Upgrade Bexar County Avaya Telephone Switch System to Avaya CM Version 5.2. and (2)provide a monthly maintenance price for all software and hardware maintenance for the Bexar County Avaya Telephone Switch system. See the attached IFB for the schedule of items that will be covered under the maintenance portion of this IFB. 

See scope of work for details and specifications. Maintenance will cover approximately 9500 devices distributed over 20 buildings. Telephone response time is 30 minutes or less and on site response to requests must be within 2 hours of notification. Maintenance support must be 24 hours x 7 days a week.
