Bexar County is seeking proposals in a two-step process to establish a contract with a qualified and experienced firm or individual (Offeror) through competitive negotiations for the purchase of Banking Professional Consulting Services to assist the Bexar County Banking Depository Services Evaluation Committee (Committee) in assessing, developing, and presenting the scope of work and requirements to support the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Banking Depository Services as well as assist with selection of bank for Bexar County Departments and Offices in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in the RFP.
