RFP-2009-012 - Bexar County Courthouse Roof Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
The work includes comprehensive Replacement of the sloping and low slope roofs on the historic Bexar County Courthouse. Low slope roofs shall be removed and replaced with the specified low sloping roof materials. The existing clay tile roofs will be restored/replaced. Copper gutters are to be removed and replaced. RFP Project Manual and drawings may be picked up at the office of the consulting architects: VITETTA, 600 Navarro St., Ste. 300, 210-212-8800 SA, TX 78205 or at the Bexar County Infrastructure Services Dept.,233 N Pecos, Ste. 420, SA, TX, 210-335-6700. A refundable THREE HUNDRED DOLLAR ($300.00) deposit for each set of project manual and drawings will be required.
