RFP-2008-074 - Bexar County Justice Center Expansion

Summary of Specifications:
The new expansion building (“Expansion Building”) will consist of a new ten (10) story office building addition with an area of approximately 207,200 square feet located on the south side of the existing Bexar County Cadena-Reeves Justice Center (“Justice Center”). The Expansion Building will be equipped with complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm, and automatic fire sprinkler systems as indicated in these documents. The Expansion Building shall incorporate County’s new Energy Policy, which requires that all new construction achieve LEED Silver, pursuant to the U.S. Green Building Council standards.
