Summary of Specifications:
Bexar County is seeking proposals for the operation of the Cadena-Reeves Justice Center Cafeteria Concession Services, an area consisting of approximately 6,200 square feet of space with a maximum seating capacity of 180, located at 300 Dolorosa, Basement, San Antonio Texas for the period of December 1, 2008 through November 30, 2013 with a provision that allows for five (5) annual options to renew upon mutual agreement of all parties.
