Summary of Specifications:
Bexar County Department of Community Investment, Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Division is soliciting for bids to improve and upgrade the existing City of Somerset park pavilion located at 7350 E. Sixth Street, Somerset, Texas 78069. It is the intent of Bexar County to purchase a complete turn-key project to include the purchase, installation and all site work necessary to renovate the park’s pavilion. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, parts, transportation, supervision and other items, services, and support required to perform all work in strict accordance with all provisions of this solicitation including the compliance of all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances and to abide by all Community Development Block Grant Program compliance documents applicable to the County.
