RFP-2008-125 - Countywide Network Cabling Services

Summary of Specifications:
The purpose and objective of this RFP is to accept an offer and award a contract agreement to a contractor to provide Network Cabling Services at various locations within Bexar County, to be used on an “as needed” basis. 

Scope: The scope of work includes providing all materials, supplies, equipment, tools, services, labor and supervision necessary to provide Countywide Network Cabling Services for the period beginning upon award and ending November 30, 2009, reference the provision titled “Option to Renew” below (Section 2.6). This contract agreement is renewable on an annual basis by mutual agreement of all parties involved after the initial one-year period. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for all prospective Respondents as follows:  DATE: August 27, 2008 TIME: 2:00 p.m. PLACE: Bexar County Purchasing Department, Conference Room, 233 N.
