Summary of Specifications:
1.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation, insurance, and supervision required to perform all work needed to construct an official size tennis court in El Carmen Sports Park located 18555 Leal Road, San Antonio, TX 78221 (Precinct 1) as outlined in the Tennis Court - El Carmen Athletic Complex Project Specifications Manual (Attachment 10). All work will be done in strict accordance with all provisions of this solicitation and attachments including the compliance of all federal, state, and local laws and ordinances and abide by all Community Development Block Grant Program compliance documents applicable to the County.
