Summary of Specifications:
Bexar County is seeking competitive bids for the purchase and delivery of food items for the Community Supervision & Corrections Department (CS&CD) Mentally Impaired Offenders Facility located at 10975 Applewhite Road, SA TX 78224. Award for these items will be made to the low responsive, responsible bidder by category noted in the Schedule of Items including Canned Goods, Fresh and Frozen Meats, Dairy Products, Baked Goods, Fresh Produce, Dry Foods, Frozen Foods, Drinks and Juices, Kitchen Supplies, Condiments and Spices, and Fresh Breads. Your response is due no later than 10:00 A.M., September 4, 2009. Late responses will not be considered. The pricing for this bid must be valid until March 31, 2010. This contract shall have a one (1) 6-month option to renew provision.
