Bexar County Purchasing Department is accepting sealed bids for the Department of Community Investment - CDBG/Home Division for Home Construction Services, Single Family (Rehabilitation of Private Homes) in Bexar County. A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for Friday, March 6, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. to be held at the Bexar County Community Investment Department - CDBG/Home Division, 233 N. Pecos, Suite 590, San Antonio, Texas 78207. Bidders should use lump sum pricing when submitting bids. No bonds required. Payment will be made by warrant or check. Bidders must be registered with the Texas Residential Construction Commission and must be pre-qualified or submit a contractor application for qualification with the Bexar County Department of Community Investment.
