IFB-2009-044 - Purchase of Law Enforcement Motorcycles

Summary of Specifications:
Quantity: 3, Motorcycles, 2009 Models, Law Enforcement, Honda Goldwing (No substitutions will be accepted). Specifications: a) Minimum of 1800cc b) Water-cooled c) Shaft or belt driven d) Dual exhaust e) Standard factory dynamically balanced cast alloy wheels f) Factory installed fairings and saddle bags, (minimum dimensions of 20” long x 8” wide x 10” deep,with locks) and luggage trunk with lock. The windshield fairing and saddle bags must be manufactured by or for the motorcycle manufacturer for the specific motorcycle bid. No Exceptions. g) Color – solid black (If manufacturer does not provide the color requested, bidder will paint the motorcycle to match the County’s specifications.) h) Floorboards (high boys) with heel/toe shifter. i) Front engine case guards and rear safety bars for protection. 

j) Factory type speedometer, calibrated up to 100 mph minimum. 

k) Two (2) rear view mirrors (one on each side of the fairing). l) Front/rear differential signals, self-canceling and a 4-way hazard warning flasher. Deliver Date must be 90 calendar days of ARO.
