Description

The Bexar County Juvenile Probation Department (Juvenile Probation) is soliciting the submission of qualifications by providers of psychiatric stabilization services for youth referred by Juvenile Probation. This RFQ and any resultant contracts will be administered by Juvenile Probation and multiple service providers may be selected. All services performed pursuant to the award of a contract resulting from this RFQ will be funded in whole or in part with federal funds provided by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). As such, federal laws, regulations, policies and related administrative practices will apply to all awarded contract.
