RFP-2008-086 - RFQ/P for Design-Build Services for the Justice of the Peace

Summary of Specifications:
The scope of work is scheduled to include all labor and materials necessary in the construction of a new standard, tilt-wall, one-story, 10 ft. interior ceiling height, office building with an area of approximately 22,240 square feet located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Moursund and Ashley Rd. The Building shall be in compliance with all current building codes. Building will be provided with complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and automatic fire sprinkler systems and security systems. Bexar County anticipates that proposed site for the work will require 1) a new subdivision plat be prepared and 2) rezoning of the site which both of these shall be completed by a Civil Engineer. All fees associated with these items shall be incurred by the d/b team.
